All eyeliners are not the same! Bare Minerals eyeliners are so easy to use and stay on beautifully. They can be used wet or dry for different effects.These eyeliners go on smoothly and you can make a sharp line or a smudgy look very easily.
Using the right brush is important. An eyeliner brush used wet, twirled to a point,will get you that perfect line you are looking for. The colors are really pigmented you only need a tiny bit of eyeliner.
